VP, Account Services – Agency Services
VP, Client Services- Boston – The ideal candidate will be a proven leader that can help drive business forward.
This person will be responsible for overseeing and leading CRM, Digital and Social initiatives for large consumer brands. A successful candidate can navigate and identify opportunities to compete in a highly competitive and consumer focused category and have a proven record of success. 8+ years of client services, account & team management experience.
Candidates should have similar marketing services experience and have demonstrated the consistent ability to grow client business and agency revenue, and leading the development of discovery methodologies, brand strategy, and marketing plans.
The VP, Client Services is the lead contact between the agency and client and is responsible for executing and developing client solutions, strategy, branding and all other channels that help to grow the client’s business and market share. This position ensures that the solutions put forth are on strategy and meet client expectations, as well as all Client standards.
The ideal VP, Client Services must have 10+ years of relevant, agency-side leading edge Consulting experience; the ability to develop, measure, monitor, and analyze client success criteria; skills to build a portfolio of proven effective work at a high agency standard; experience leading client presentations; and ensuring the integrity of the agency process with comprehensive documentation. Other qualifications include demonstrating deep fluency in client business categories, and bringing new and innovative solutions to client and agency challenges.
