Marketing Manager, Strategic Programs
We are searching for a Marketing Manager, Strategic Programs for a leading, global firm. Our client has one of the strongest Marketing Departments Technology-side we’ve worked with in a while. The tenure for this Team is fantastic. We are searching for an innovative Marketing Programs Manager who truly understands how to create positive Buyer Journeys through developing multi-channel marketing communications programs. Any experience with Eloqua or Marketo is a big plus. The Manager will work along side some incredible technical marketing solutions strategists as well. This person needs to feel comfortable adding value to marketing programs in the B2B space that will truly add value.
This person will develop new ideas for demand generation and executes integrated marketing programs. They will engage with prospects and customers through digital channels.
Execute integrated programs designed to drive awareness within our core market verticals and increase usage of our software with existing customers.
Partner with Product Marketing to understand market opportunities, audiences and how we create value for our customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and roll-out programs.
Establish tangible goals for programs, continually monitor progress and optimize content based on market feedback and performance.
Track and manage program project plans and budgets.
Source and manage third party vendors and partners.
A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of high-tech B2B marketing experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated programs including email, .com, paid media, social, PR/AR, webinars and events.
Experience leveraging marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua
Experience with Salesforce a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious and eager to learn
