Account Supervisor, Client Services
The Account Supervisor will manage and expertly balance a portfolio of marketing projects end to end, including: creating detailed project plans, managing stakeholder relationships and expectations; tracking to schedules and estimates; coordinating cross functional teams; and managing internal/external creative and technology partners to ensure all deliverables are delivered on strategy, on time and on budget; provide regular, proactive stream of updates to business partners, peers and management. The Supervisor will execute creative and strategic problem solving when challenges arise bringing solutions proactively to the team for consideration.
Candidates require 7+ years of experience in marketing, advertising and/or marketing communications. The Supervisor will be expected to have a proven track record of, successfully executing multi-channel marketing communications deliverables (paid, earned, owned – print, direct, digital, etc.) that drive key business KPIs.
