OVERVIEW:

This role will develop digital strategies and execute fully integrated multi-channel engagement campaigns to build branding and optimize the business opportunity.

Recruiting nationally for marketing leaders.  Working with Private Equity firmsWorking for CEO’s and Heads of Talent Acquisition to help them locate senior marketing leaders.

DAY-TO-DAY’s

  • Lead with a digital-first mindset for consumer and customer engagement, including development of strategy and execution, for an effective and efficient contact across stakeholders and consumer channels
  • Develop omnichannel strategies in alignment with company marketing directions. Translate into tactical plans including web/online, database marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, CRM tools, email, etc. Drive direct execution of these tactics
  • Create and execute projects supporting Company branding, product promotion and education, disease education…etc. Every tactic and campaign should be developed in alignment with the global brand and corporate profile considerations
  • Develop and execute campaigns that incorporate public relations and marketing communications principles and tactics to maximize all channels available to engage consumers and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute differentiated and value-added offerings to engage consumers in a unique manner, creating a sense of community and as such positioning preferentially in consumers’ mind
  • Optimize internal business operations with digital solutions
  • Develop process and internal governance to support and enable innovative solutions, digital tactics and multi-channel engagement
  • Develop KPIs for campaign objectives and collaborate with the team to measure impact, optimize recommendations and quickly adjust tactics based on learnings
  • Maintain and monitor all aspects of multi-channel plans, including establishing objectives and strategies, developing recommendations, tracking expenditures to ensure budget compliance, negotiation/buying, implementation and optimization

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with relevant experience in digital strategy and implementation
  • Proven experience in digital and consumers marketing using innovative technologies and platforms. Experienced in digital and content development, consumer campaign design and management, and deep social media use
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • Experience outside of pharmaceuticals and biotech industry is valued, preferably in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience in program management, program design, agency management is preferred
  • Fluency in social and digital communications
  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity; able to effectively structure problems and solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with exceptional project management skills
  • Experience in working across different enterprise content management platforms, web-based collaborative platforms and intranet solutions is preferred
  • Prior experience in brand marketing and working in multiple countries is desirable
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands on execution is critical
  • Extensive experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategies and optimize business opportunities
