Vice President, Lifecycle Marketing
B2B SaaS | IT Management | Global Growth
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing executive to drive end-to-end customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through both sophisticated lifecycle programs and the operational infrastructure that powers them.
This leader will oversee Customer & Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Analytics, Account-Based Marketing, and Revenue Orchestration—aligning Marketing, Sales, SDR/BDR, and Customer Success around coordinated plays that deliver predictable, scalable growth.
Reporting into the CMO, this individual will define and institutionalize the operating model for revenue execution, scale GTM systems and processes, and deliver insights that shape investment priorities and long-term growth strategy.
The right leader will bring deep experience in maximizing customer value throughout the entire lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding to retention and expansion—through personalized, automated, and data-driven engagement programs that connect seamlessly across channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Retention and Revenue Growth

Design and execute a global lifecycle strategy spanning acquisition, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.

Build segmentation and trigger frameworks that personalize engagement by persona, lifecycle stage, and product usage.

Partner cross-functionally to develop integrated expansion plays that increase Net Dollar Retention and lifetime value.

Own multi-channel customer communications across email, in-app, and community engagement to drive loyalty and advocacy.
Marketing Operations & Systems

Lead global Marketing Operations as a center of excellence—ensuring executional rigor, data integrity, and automation at scale.

Evolve the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, 6sense, HubSpot, Marketo, Snowplow, and related tools) to maximize integration and ROI.

Own orchestration infrastructure including lead routing, scoring, attribution, and journey tracking for full-funnel visibility.

Establish data governance and enrichment standards to enable precise, compliant decision-making.
Marketing Data & Analytics

Build the framework for revenue measurement, dashboards, attribution, forecasting, and lifecycle KPIs (LTV:CAC, churn, NDR).

Deliver board-level insights into pipeline and retention that guide budget allocation and growth investment.

Create a culture of experimentation—embedding analytics into every marketing and GTM decision.

Partner with RevOps and Finance to unify data models measuring funnel efficiency, cohort performance, and ROI.
ABM & Revenue Orchestration

Define and scale ABM and orchestrated GTM plays that unify Marketing, Sales, SDR/BDR, and CS around shared revenue goals.

Drive intent-based, multi-touch campaigns for target accounts that accelerate pipeline and customer expansion.

Standardize GTM frameworks for product launches, competitive campaigns, and retention initiatives.

Collaborate closely with Sales and CS on targeted, data-driven campaigns that boost conversions and loyalty.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

Align global GTM leaders (Performance Marketing, Sales, CS, Product, and Finance) for end-to-end lifecycle execution.

Champion a single source of truth for performance data and operational visibility.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global team spanning operations, ABM, analytics, and lifecycle marketing.

Model leadership that balances strategy, empathy, and accountability—cultivating a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and growth.
About You

15+ years of progressive marketing leadership within enterprise B2B SaaS, including 7+ years leading senior teams.

Proven record driving revenue orchestration and lifecycle performance, aligning GTM teams to deliver predictable growth.

Deep expertise in ABM, Marketing Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue Analytics.

Exceptional ability to translate complex data into strategic insights that inform enterprise decision-making.
