Role Overview: The Vice President, Marketing will play a pivotal role in repositioning our firm during our clients ongoing digital transformation efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will lead and drive comprehensive marketing strategies, both in the B2B and B2C eCommerce spaces. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in medical device marketing, a robust background in performance marketing, and a proven track record of successful digital transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s digital transformation goals, ensuring a strong market position in the medical device industry.
  2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
  3. Digital Transformation Expertise: Leverage 10+ years of digital transformation experience within the medical device space to guide and implement cutting-edge marketing initiatives.
  4. Performance Marketing: Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable results, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance ROI.
  5. B2B and B2C eCommerce: Develop and execute strategies for both B2B and B2C eCommerce channels, ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience.
  6. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: A solid 10+ years of experience in digital transformation within the medical device industry.
  2. Medical Device Marketing: Proven experience in marketing within the medical device sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
  3. Ecommerce Expertise: Strong background in both B2B and B2C eCommerce, with a track record of driving successful online strategies.
  4. Performance Marketing: Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, utilizing analytics and metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.
  5. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  7. On-site Presence: Ability to work on-site two days a week at our Boston, West location.
