As a $40 million firm backed by Private Equity, we are poised for significant growth and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President of Automotive eCommerce and Performance Marketing.
Responsibilities:
As the Vice President of Automotive eCommerce and Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a team of six direct reports across key functional areas including Brand, Merchandising, Customer Success, and Marketplace Channels. Working closely with the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing growth strategies for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of high-performing individuals in the areas of brand management, merchandising, customer success, and marketplace channels.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the CEO and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage your 10+ years of experience in both B2B and DTC automotive digital marketing to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Hybrid Work Model Implementation: Manage the transition of the team from a 4-day in-office workweek to 5 days per month, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment.
- SKU Revenue Channel Growth: Utilize your expertise to develop and implement strategies for the growth of large SKU revenue channels, optimizing product positioning and market presence.
- Private Equity Experience: Utilize your experience in working within high-growth, Private Equity-backed firms, specifically within the automotive space.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in both B2B and DTC automotive digital marketing.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in large SKU channels.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and performance marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience working in high-growth, Private Equity-backed firms within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
