Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of full-funnel digital marketing strategies. This high-growth role is ideal for a performance marketing expert with experience in B2B environments. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. This is not a sales role but requires a strong focus on strategy and execution to support business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Design, implement, and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in B2B, non-technology markets.
  • Digital Channel Management:
    • Manage campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
    • Analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns for optimal ROI.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
    • Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and ego-free environment.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform campaign development.
  • Performance Marketing:
    • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns focused on measurable results, such as lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates to the VP of Marketing, detailing campaign performance and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MUST HAVE HUBSPOT & CRM
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital and performance marketing.
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel digital campaigns targeting non-technology markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in private equity environments is a plus.
