Job Title: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

Location: Boston, MA (On-site three days per week)

Salary $100-110k base plus 15% bonus

Type: Full-time, Onsite

About Us: Our client, a reputable not-for-profit organization, is a cause marketing firm.  With a strong commitment to making a positive impact, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities: As the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our clients digital presence and enhancing our outreach efforts.

This individual contributor role will involve:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing channels such as paid search, social media, and SEO.
  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Paid Search and Social Media Management: Oversee paid search campaigns, social media advertising, and other digital initiatives to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align digital marketing efforts with overall organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid search, social media, and SEO.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining brand consistency across digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Positive energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, not-for-profit environment.

Location and Schedule: This position is based onsite in Boston, MA, and requires in-office presence three days per week.
