Senior Creative Brand Manager

Salary – $90-105k base plus 15% bonus

Location: (Onsite three days per week)

Responsibilities: As the Senior Creative Brand Manager, you will be a key contributor in shaping and enhancing our brand identity across digital omni channels. This individual contributor role will involve:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Omni Channel Branding: Oversee the creation and implementation of consistent branding across various digital channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Creative Content Writing: Craft compelling and impactful content for various platforms, including website copy, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and integrity throughout all communication materials.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of branding strategies and make informed decisions to enhance performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in creative brand management with a focus on digital omni channel branding.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong creative writing skills with the ability to produce compelling content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Experience in maintaining brand consistency across various platforms and channels.
  • Positive energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, not-for-profit environment.

Location and Schedule: This position is based onsite in Boston, MA, and requires in-office presence three days per week.
