Overview

The VP of Integrated Retail Marketing will lead the growth of our marketing channels by determining the best channel to tell our stories and create meaningful relationships with customers that transcend “transactions” to build

The VP of Integrated Marketing will also have a keen focus on key business metrics, including customer acquisition and retention, revenue, profit, store, and online traffic, website conversion, and store conversion.

Accountabilities:

Drive engagement with storytelling content that will guide and shape brand reputation and narrative
Oversee the vision, strategy, tactics and day-to-day management of our online and offline marketing
channels focused on driving both in-store and online traffic and revenue: TV, Online, Video, Paid
search, SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate marketing, Display Product Listing Ads, Email, SMS and Direct
Mail.
Lead innovation and advancement of the overall integrated marketing agenda through the
development and execution of a multi-year roadmap
Leverage a strong retail background and instill a retail calendar-based approach to planning while
ensuring omnichannel optimization of our marketing spend
Leverage CRM data and performance analytics to accelerate improvements in overall marketing
efficiency and customer acquisition
Work with the larger marketing team supporting the execution of omnichannel programs targeted to
specific consumer segments and based on individual customer behaviors.
Develop a digital CRM strategy and test and learn tactics to drive ongoing channel efficiencies and
improved revenue performance, in addition to further informing consumer lifecycle messaging tactics
Build, develop and retain a world-class Integrated Marketing team by optimizing the organizational
structure (including defining the appropriate set of 3rd party partner relationships), creating learning
and development opportunities that drive engagement and career growth, and recognizing talent and
great performance.
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive digital and brand marketing experience
Expertise in retail; ideally at a large omnichannel retailer
Able to translate trends into brand-right business opportunities.
Strong leadership and consensus-building skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal
and professional development.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of highly capable leaders as well as drive work across
cross-functional teams
Able to interact with all levels of the organization; must be able to articulate a vision and develop and
deliver supporting marketing plans.
Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and change.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or another related field or equivalent experience.
