We’ve been retained to recruit a Product Marketing Manager for an AI-powered healthcare technology company that’s transforming how hospital systems manage medical coding and billing. This is a remote-only role (U.S.-based candidates only) for someone with deep experience in healthcare technology and a track record of success in early-stage, venture-backed environments.
About the Role
Our client is building the future of clinical automation. Their AI-based SaaS platform autonomously generates highly accurate medical codes, dramatically reducing administrative overhead while increasing revenue integrity for hospital systems across the U.S.—without disrupting clinical workflows.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, and sales to bring industry-leading solutions to market. If you’ve built product marketing functions in fast-paced environments, understand healthcare buyer personas, and are obsessed with product storytelling, this is a high-impact opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Own positioning, messaging, and product launches from strategy through execution

Develop product marketing frameworks that drive adoption and accelerate pipeline

Identify customer pain points and translate insights into compelling narratives

Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategy

Build and iterate on competitive intelligence, user segmentation, and buyer journeys

Monitor product metrics and campaign performance to optimize marketing ROI

Stay current on healthtech, AI, and SaaS industry trends
Who You Are
-
U.S.-based and fully remote-capable
-
5–10+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience in SaaS or AI platforms
-
Must have healthcare technology experience (past or present)
-
Proven background in early-stage, investor-backed startups
-
Skilled at simplifying complex technology into clear, engaging messaging

Highly collaborative, data-informed, and comfortable operating with ambiguity

Motivated by mission-driven work and solving real-world healthcare problems
