Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Director to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our B2B software products, ensuring successful product launches and sustained market growth. The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of penetrating new markets and navigating highly competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches, targeting highly segmented B2B markets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use insights to shape product positioning and messaging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, research, and development teams to align product features with market demands and ensure a seamless product launch.
  • Product Positioning: Craft compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing channels to drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value propositions.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in GTM and B2B software product marketing, with a strong focus on launching products into new and highly segmented markets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in SaaS, especially in competitive and cluttered markets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable working closely with engineering and development teams to understand technical aspects of products.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
