Job Title: Marketing Manager – Consumer SEO, Content Development, and Social Media

Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Director of SEO, who in turn reports to our clients exceptional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in consumer SEO, content development, and social media strategy, with a demonstrated track record of success in these areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive consumer engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and identify opportunities for optimization to improve search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage all aspects of content development, including ideation, creation, editing, and distribution across various digital platforms.
  • Oversee social media initiatives, including content calendar planning, community engagement, and performance analysis to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in SEO, content marketing, and social media, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize our digital presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in consumer SEO, content development, and social media strategy, preferably with a known consumer brand.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through SEO optimization, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research tools, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages and inspires action.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
