About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a Pacific Northwest–based technology platform company at $25M ARR and on the cusp of tremendous growth. The firm’s mission is to transform how consumer goods are made, bought, sold, and recycled worldwide. To accelerate this vision, we are building a world-class Head of Sales, Revenue Generation search — targeting candidates with digital platform sales and cybersecurity go-to-market experience who thrive in high-growth environments.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales, Revenue Generation will join the senior Leadership Team (LT) and report directly to the COO. This leader will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the revenue engine, partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver predictable growth. The role will be measured on pipeline generation, revenue expansion, and market leadership in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the sales organization to drive ARR growth from $25M toward the next stage of expansion.

Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to unify GTM strategy, ensuring alignment across the full customer lifecycle.

Lead sales execution across digital platforms, SaaS, and cybersecurity-adjacent industries.

Define and optimize sales processes, leveraging CRM, analytics, and MarTech to maximize pipeline performance.

Serve as a senior leader on the LT, providing insights, forecasting, and strategy directly to the COO and Board stakeholders.

Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performance team aligned to aggressive growth goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales leadership, with proven results in scaling ARR beyond $25M.

Background in digital platform sales, cybersecurity solutions, SaaS, or technology-driven B2B environments.

Track record of building sales playbooks, GTM strategies, and predictable pipeline generation.

Strong operational mindset: forecasting, revenue operations, and KPI-driven leadership.

Based in or willing to relocate to the Pacific Northwest, United States.

Inspirational leader with the ability to partner across functions and influence at the C-suite level.
