Position Overview: As a Vice President, SaaS Sales Director, you will be a key player in driving the growth and success of our client’s innovative solutions. You will be responsible for leading and expanding our sales efforts, with a focus on enterprise firms in the field services and home improvement space.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, collaborating with the executive team to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
  2. Team Building: Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams with a focus on enterprise sales. Develop and nurture a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  3. Client Acquisition: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, targeting enterprise firms in the field services and home improvement sector.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  5. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business partnerships.
  6. Performance Metrics: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales team effectiveness. Provide regular reports and analysis to the executive team.
  7. Sales Development: Oversee the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: A solid track record of 10+ years in selling, closing deals, and building successful sales development teams within the field services space. 
  2. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the field services and home improvement sector, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
  3. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams to achieve and exceed targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  5. Results-Driven: A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
