Vice President, AI Full Funnel Growth Marketing Strategy – PIPELINE

About the Role

We are continuously seeking forward-thinking Vice Presidents of AI Marketing Strategy for our private equity-backed and enterprise-scale SaaS clients.
This leader will drive AI-driven customer engagement, predictive analytics, and data-fueled growth strategies across all digital channels.
The ideal candidate will fuse marketing creativity with deep technical fluency to revolutionize go-to-market strategies and enhance performance at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated AI-powered marketing strategy that drives measurable pipeline growth and brand engagement.

  • Lead initiatives in MarTech optimization, data science-driven personalization, and predictive audience modeling.

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Data Science teams to embed AI insights into customer journeys and campaign performance.

  • Oversee all aspects of digital transformation, including automation tools, CRM optimization, and omnichannel content strategy.

  • Build, mentor, and scale cross-functional marketing teams focused on data integrity, revenue operations, and long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 3+ years in AI-driven digital strategy or MarTech transformation.

  • Proven success building predictive, automated marketing ecosystems that connect directly to revenue outcomes.

  • Expertise with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, Demandbase, and AI analytics suites.

  • Strong track record of collaboration across Sales, Product, and Technology teams to drive alignment and accelerate GTM initiatives.
