Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Director, Performance Strategy Consulting House to join our team.
You will work across a portfolio of clients product, marketing, and sales to develop and implement strategies to achieve digital performance objectives for market leading innovations.
You will need to deliver measurable growth results by keeping up with market trends, conducting or sponsoring new analysis, and articulating strategic vision to partners and executives.
ABOUT YOU:
- 8+ years of similar Consulting House experience AND startup strategy, analytics, digital strategy experience
- Consulting House similar to Bain, Slalom, Deloitte, Accenture and similar.
- MBA preferred but not required
- History of growing a new product, brand, or business in B2B and/or B2C environments
- History of solving for digital performance for PE client portfolios
- History of developing opportunities in white space as an analytical problem solver who can connect the dots to fuel growth
- Ability to develop and implement digital growth strategies that deliver measurable results. You know how to adjust these strategies as the products and markets evolve.
- Ability to become a subject matter authority in our new products.
- Ability to lead proactive, ongoing market trends-tracking and analysis, finding and distilling pertinent data and information from multiple sources to recommend new growth opportunities, including clear actions.
- Ability to change processes and routines that need to evolve as products scale and can drive the vital changes with your business partners.
