The Company:
Our client is leading, disruptive digital brands to significantly scale international
revenues across 5 continents. Their software and logistics platform helps make all the hard parts of
selling internationally dead simple: global shipping and warehousing across channels (DTC,
marketplace and B2B wholesale) and tech-enabled tax & product compliance.
Founders previously scaled a large global eCommerce business at Pangaea (80m raised), and the
company is backed by top tier investors including Sequoia, DST, and Eurazeo.
The Role/Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Director/VP of Growth to lead our clients growth efforts. This person will be tasked with driving pipeline across channels including but not limited to the below. The role will leverage both
internal team members and agencies to grow pipeline as long as CAC targets are met.
● Email Marketing
● Technical SEO
● Paid Ads / Digital Marketing (Twitter + Linkedin)
● Content marketing (Founder + company social pages, thought leadership pieces, video)
● Affiliate program management
● Account Based Marketing
● Event Marketing and Planning
This role will report directly to a co-founder/co-ceo.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in a growth + revenue generation role in B2B environment
● Ideal candidate is highly entrepreneurial and capable of testing into new growth capabilities
while hiring away established ones.
● Candidate should have worked in a high growth startup environment and be highly
analytically rigorous in their decision making.
● Candidate should have a strong inclination and eye towards strategizing and generating
compelling content (ad creatives, website optimization, thought leaderships pieces, founder
social media profiles, newsletters etc)
● Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast moving, ambiguous environment. Ability
to stand-up new tools and systems with little guidance.
● Strong analytical skillset. Strong excel skills a must. Prior experience with SQL or python is a
plus but not required)
● Prior experience selling to midmarket US eCommerce brands is a plus but not a requirement
