Responsibilities
•
Enjoy tracking, triaging, and solving issues in real-time
•
Ability to continuously develop and improve process / infrastructure within a constantly evolving team
•
Act as primary liaison between internal business and tech teams to resolve various project and technology challenges
•
Able to lead by demonstrating and establishing clarity, effectively communicating, and reinforcing the value of collaboration in enhancing team’s performance
•
Ability to think strategically and assess strategy and requirements while implementing tactically on multiple major initiatives simultaneously
•
Provide guidance and lead training to enable other team members to meet / exceed expectations
•
May be responsible for managing a small team of individual contributors;
•
Plan and execute email campaigns from campaign strategy and requirements through deployment – scheduled campaigns, automated triggers, Journey Builder and automated multi-touch campaigns
•
Build and edit email code and logic using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Content Builder and AMPscripting tools
•
Collaborate with technology teams to onboard new email programs and content to the email platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), acting as the voice of the business
•
Additionally, the team provides leadership / support to enhance process / procedure efficiency for email programs, and collaborates with partners to drive program / campaign effectiveness through capability enablement, implementation design, customer journey mapping, channel reporting, etc
