Big Brand Segment Marketing Director:

The Big Brand Segment Marketing Director and this Team are responsible for the overarching tenured customer segment through multi-channels. Our Clients team is laser-focused on bringing to life meaningful experiences based on what they know about the customer.
In order to scale these experiences, it’s critical that they have a data infrastructure that supports our marketing need, and the ability to mine the data to bring to life meaningful brand insights that drive their customer strategy forward.
In order to support the evolution of our client’s customer marketing, and data, strategies they are seeking a curious, self-starting, and innovative Big Brand Segment Marketing Director.

DAY-TO-DAY’s:

  • Leading the brand & segment strategy for all of B2C customer marketing and partnering with analytic and tech partners to define, and drive forward, the strategy
  • Partnering with the analytics, brand and digital teams to develop and share broadly key customer insights and create a customer marketing forum where insights on the brand can be shared more holistically across the organization
  • Crafting a segmented communications marketing strategy, inclusive of cross-sell, for our tenured customer base
  • Overall, we are looking for someone who gets energized by brand awareness, data, and insights, has previous project management experience and is curious to learn more about our clients existing customers.
  • Lead brand marketing strategy and develop a roadmap for better, segmented customer reach
  • Work with each touch point team to develop an approach that will reflect how best to marketing (cross-sell) to our existing customer base
  • Create and lead an insights forum where we can share our data strategy progress and new customer insights across the marketing organization
  • Set the cross-channel marketing strategy for our tenured customer base.
  • Influence channel owner partner teams to adopt the customer marketing strategy with the goal of deepening the relationship with customers to drive more revenue for the business

ABOUT YOU:

  • 5-6 years of segmented branding experience; MBA preferred, P&G Styled experience
  • Proven customer-centric work experience and a passion for the customer
  • Ability to think and work independently
  • Ability to work comfortably in white space and define a project with minimal guidance
  • Strong project management and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thought leadership and intellectual curiosity to proactively identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and provide creative solutions
  • A sense of humor, positive attitude
  • Proven track record in working with data, pulling insights from data, and telling a story
