We’re hiring a Director of Demand Generation / Head of Growth to own the demand engine—fueling pipeline, optimizing campaign performance, and scaling revenue through tightly aligned sales and marketing efforts.


 Role Overview: Head of Growth, Director of Demand Generation

You’ll be the architect of a full-funnel growth strategy across inbound and outbound programs, with a focus on cybersecurity decision-makers like CISOs, DevSecOps leaders, and technical buyers. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, early-stage environment—ideal for demand gen pros with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full-funnel demand generation strategy to accelerate qualified pipeline and revenue.

  • Design integrated, multi-channel campaigns across paid digital, ABM, webinars, events, and email.

  • Align with Sales, Product Marketing, and SDRs to sync messaging, lead flow, and attribution models.

  • Lead marketing operations and campaign performance tracking—ensuring full visibility and data accuracy.

  • Optimize and scale paid digital programs across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and display networks, with a focus on cybersecurity buyer intent.

  • Own the lead lifecycle, identify conversion gaps, and implement programs to improve funnel velocity.

  • Collaborate with content and product marketing to tailor campaigns to technical personas like CISOs, SecOps, and DevSecOps.

  • Build and lead a high-performing demand gen team.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience—at least 2-3 years in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise tech.

  • Proven success owning pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue targets in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.

  • Deep expertise in complex sales cycles and buyer journeys for technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in MarTech tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics.

  • Data-obsessed, ROI-focused, and skilled at campaign optimization.

  • Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional settings.

  • Preferred location: East Coast
