Interim GTM Life Sciences Demand Generation Leader (EST)
We are seeking an Interim GTM Life Sciences Demand Generation Marketer to accelerate growth and drive revenue for our viral vector solutions business unit. After years of relying primarily on inbound lead generation and network referrals, this role will increase lead volume, improve average selling price, and close more business from both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead GTM strategy & execution for demand generation in the Life Sciences sector, with a focus on Cell & Gene Therapy solutions.
- Build, manage, and optimize a hybrid sales and marketing motion, blending inbound lead generation with targeted outbound sales outreach.
- Drive funnel management across top-of-funnel, middle-of-funnel, and bottom-of-funnel metrics—analyzing data, forming hypotheses, and implementing tactical changes to accelerate performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to increase pipeline velocity and improve conversion rates.
- Leverage GTM analytics and data-driven decision making to align strategy and execution with measurable downstream revenue outcomes.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture with an emphasis on accountability and results.
