Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Director of Marketing to lead its
marketing efforts in maximizing brand visibility, driving sales, and fostering customer
engagement across various channels but specific withn the Retail channel. The ideal
candidate will have aproven track record in trade marketing and point-of-sale(POS)
strategies, coupled with a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand
awareness, drive consumer demand, and achieve sales targets in alignment with
company objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement trade marketing
initiatives that optimize product placement, promotions, and pricing strategies
within Walmart, RiteAid, pharmacy and mass-marketing channels.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify market opportunities, develop
compelling sales collateral, and support key account management efforts.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform
strategic decision-making and identify areas for growth.
Oversee the creation and execution of POS materials, ensuring alignment with
brand guidelines and messaging objectives.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, monitor ROI, and adjust strategies as
needed to maximize resource allocation and drive results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail
partners, vendors, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and achieve shared
goals.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best
practices in-trade marketing to continuously innovate and optimize marketing
efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA
preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on trade marketing
and POS strategies within the consumer goods industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing
campaigns that drive brand awareness, sales growth, and customer engagement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and
make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication ,presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mind set and aproactive approach to
problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools; experience
with POS software is a plus.
