As the Director of Marketing Beauty Brands  you will lead the charge in driving the marketing strategy and execution for our diverse portfolio of consumer brands. With a focus on the dynamic and competitive beauty market, you will leverage your expertise to craft innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience and drive brand growth. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand positioning while capitalizing on opportunities to enhance our market presence and capture market share in this exciting category.

Job Responsibilities
360 Annual Marketing Plan (Strategy & Execution):
Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans for each brand, outlining strategic objectives, key initiatives,
and KPIs to drive brand growth and market share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product
development, sales, and financial targets.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across all channels, including traditional, digital, and
experiential marketing efforts.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed to
optimize outcomes and ROI.
Consumer Journey and Messaging Pillars:
Conduct in-depth analysis of the consumer journey, identifying touchpoints and opportunities to engage and
influence target audiences throughout their purchasing process.
Define clear messaging pillars for each brand, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values,
positioning, and target consumer demographics.
Develop compelling brand stories and narratives that resonate with consumers at each stage of their
journey, from awareness to consideration to purchase and advocacy.
Innovation Pipeline via Commercial Analysis:
Conduct thorough commercial analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to
identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the hair extension category.
Lead the development of an innovation pipeline, including new product concepts, packaging designs, and
marketing strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and consumer preferences.
Collaborate with product development teams to translate market insights into actionable product features
and attributes that meet consumer needs and drive brand innovation.
Delivers Briefs for Campaigns and Evergreen to Creative, Influencer &
Digital Centers of Excellence:
Develop comprehensive creative briefs for marketing campaigns, outlining objectives, target audience
insights, key messaging, creative concepts, and KPIs.
Installing
Provide clear direction to internal and external creative teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines,
campaign objectives, and desired outcomes.
Review and approve campaign assets, including advertising materials, digital content, social media posts,
and promotional materials, to ensure consistency and quality.
Drives Social & Content via Direct Reports:
Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy across
relevant platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and curate compelling content to share on social media channels and engage with the brand’s online
community.
Monitor social media performance metrics and insights, adjusting content strategies and tactics to optimize
reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Forecast demand inputs to S&OP process:
Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to forecast demand for hair extension products,
incorporating market trends, seasonality, promotional activities, and channel dynamics.
Provide accurate demand forecasts as inputs to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring
alignment with production, inventory, and distribution plans.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market demand signals to identify risks and
opportunities, proactively adjusting demand forecasts and inventory plans as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
12+ years of experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, preferably within
the consumer goods or beauty industry.
Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market segmentation, and brand positioning.
Experience in developing consumer journey maps and defining messaging pillars.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
to identify growth opportunities.
Experience in developing creative briefs and providing clear direction to internal and external creative
teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas
effectively.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand engagement and
growth.
Experience in demand forecasting, sales planning, or supply chain management.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and demand
signals accurately.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales, finance, and supply chain team
