Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on growth focused Vice President of Marketing, FinTech – Financial Services SaaS  to lead the marketing efforts for a new product roll out. This position requires a fully integrated approach to building performance-based campaigns, managing, mentoring and motivating an existing marketing team and reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate should have big marketing ideas they can put into action and measure their success. The candidate must have a strong background in fintech and/or financial services SaaS based marketing, an MBA, and be located close to Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for a new product roll out • Lead the development of high-performing, results-driven campaigns • Build and manage a talented team of marketing professionals • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies • Use data to drive decisions and measure success • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for marketing initiatives • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities • Communicate with the executive team to ensure alignment on strategy, goals, and progress

Qualifications:

• MBA • 10+ years of experience in fintech and/or financial services SaaS based marketing • Proven track record of driving growth through performance-based marketing campaigns • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to think strategically and creatively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly motivated with a passion for marketing and driving business growth
