Senior Manager, HCP Digital Marketing – Consumer Medical Device Firm (Greater Boston, MA – Onsite)

A fast-growing consumer medical device firm is seeking a Senior Manager, HCP Digital Marketing to lead the strategy, design, and execution of impactful digital media initiatives that drive engagement and education with healthcare professionals (HCPs). This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to transform how the organization reaches and influences HCP audiences across digital channels.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, skilled in translating insights into cross-channel digital media plans that drive measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities

Lead & Transform HCP Digital Media Strategy

  • Develop and activate multi-channel digital media campaigns (email, paid media, social, web, etc.) in partnership with downstream marketing teams to engage HCPs.

  • Manage and guide media strategy agencies on digital investments and best practices.

  • Build digital marketing expertise across the team to develop multi-touch, measurable campaigns.

  • Partner with product marketing, global marketing excellence, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class HCP digital engagement strategies.

  • Oversee and optimize all HCP-owned channels, including websites, email lists, and digital campaign drivers.

  • Champion a customer-centric approach by leveraging behavioral insights for precise targeting and messaging.

  • Experiment, analyze, and iterate to maximize digital campaign performance.

  • Stay current with emerging healthcare marketing trends and digital innovations.

Measure Performance & Drive Business Impact

  • Establish and manage KPIs to measure and optimize digital HCP engagement.

  • Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies to drive conversions.

  • Deliver regular performance reports and insights to leadership, showcasing ROI and opportunities for further growth.


Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading HCP digital media campaigns in medical device, pharmaceutical, or agency environments.

  • Technical expertise to collaborate with IT, CRM, and web management teams (Salesforce, marketing cloud, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable marketing insights.

  • Experience across omni-digital channels (email, paid, web, social).

  • Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

  • Strong presentation and influencing skills with senior leadership.

  • Experience working with creative agencies and publishers to produce engaging content.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 8+ years of marketing experience.

  • 5+ years of leading HCP digital marketing initiatives.

  • Experience with demand generation automation tools, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.

  • Must have experience in consumer medical device, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare industries.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Must work onsite (West of Boston). Remote not available.


Preferred

  • Experience managing blogs, KOL promotion, newsletters, and narrative-based HCP activations.

  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth consumer medical device or pharma firms.
