They are a B2B AdTech company primarily focused on enterprise sales. We engage with the market on both the demand and supply sides to create, activate, and launch high-quality advertising

The Managing Director will oversee its U.S.-based P&L group. This
role will be responsible for hiring and managing the P&L team, setting up operations
across different locations, and building and consolidating commercial relationships with
agencies, brands, and publishers in the U.S. market.
● Work with the co-CEOs to define and implement the strategic business
plan for the U.S.
● Build the P&L team from scratch with the support of People’s department and
Tier 1 recruiting agencies.
● Establish a formidable presence in the different key locations to properly
cover the U.S. market.
● Lead and motivate the US management team and provide regular feedback to
boost their performance.
● Develop a successful Marketing & PR strategy collaborating with the Marketing
team to accelerate Seedtag’s go-to-market strategy.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
● Experience in a similar role in a high-growth environment and strong leadership
skills.
● Proven track record of achieving goals while creating a positive team
environment.
● Strong sales, team management, and strategic skills validated in roles with
similar responsibilities.
● Possesses a robust business network within Big6 Agency Holding groups as well
as a strong reputation selling advertising solutions to brands. A strong network in
the supply side of the business is a plus.
● 15+ years of experience working in the AdTech U.S. market.
