VP, Digital, Strategy & Delivery
Your comprehensive digital, marketing-savvy expertise will be essential to providing digital thought leadership, guidance and services to our clients and team members. You will demonstrate an intimate understanding of how consumers/customers interact with digital channels and technology and focus on how to most effectively solve clients’ business and marketing challenges. In this role, you will:
- Set the digital strategy for clients, orchestrating efforts across channels, including websites, marketing automation, etc.
- Champion the use of data and insights to inform strategies
- Develop digital journey maps and experiences based on the motivation behind consumer/customer behaviors
- Measure and report on integrated channels’ effectiveness
- Participate in pitches and RFPs
- Ensure digital processes are optimized
- Stay current on digital technologies and trends to educate KHJ clients and team members
- Continue to grow digital capabilities and partner network ·
Requirements
This hands-on leadership role requires deep digital marketing and technology expertise, including:
- At least 15 years in digital marketing and analytics, including working at a marketing and communications agency
- Intimate understanding of how consumers/customers interact with digital channels and technology
- Expertise and hands-on experience with digital projects from requirements definition through implementation across multiple digital channels and omni-channel orchestration including:

- Websites/SEO
- CRM/marketing automation
- Social
- Media — working in collaboration with our VP, Media Strategy & Activation
- Strong research and integrated analytics capabilities

- Ability to uncover meaningful and actionable data or insights to tell a compelling business “story”
- Integrated analytics and reporting across clients’ marketing and media channels
- Expertise and hands-on experience with leading measurement and analytics tools
- Proactive digital client advisor who challenges the status quo and is committed to making a positive business impact
- Passion to stay current about new technologies and trends and mentor team members
