The VP, Human Resources Analytics, Research & Insights will be responsible for researching and analyzing Associate needs, perceptions and behaviors.  This role will engage with key business stakeholders in an agile working environment, providing a regular cadence of insights to support decisions related to employee engagement.


  • The ideal candidate has 8+ years of proven HR analytics and employee research  
  • Leveraging AI in HR analytics to improve employee experiences and engagement
  • Experience with the latest HR analytics and research platforms
  • Best practices for employee data confidentiality
  • Monitoring organizational health through ongoing data reportingand trending
  • Use of behavioral analytics and test-and-learn methodologies to improve and measure impact on employee engagement
  • Experience working at Customer Obsessed organizations and/or digital first companies with best-in-class people analytics and research teams
  • Experience with predictive modelling, quantitative research, Design Thinking,  Powerpoint, Agile Principles
  • Synthesizing and communicating results to senior executives
  • BA/BS required

  • Leading key analytics and research projects and working closely with HR partners to develop insights that inform improvements to the associate experience.  Areas of focus include:
    • Attracting and retaining Modern Digital Native talent
    • Employee engagement
    • Leveraging analytics to identify and nurture High Performing Employees
    • Use of data to inform Associate career progression
    • Impact of physical space / open spaces on employee productivity
    • Impact of programs and benefits on employee outcomes (retention, satisfaction, NPS)
    • Diagnostics on organizational health
    • Identification of best leadership practices in action
    • Ensuring that associate feedback is acted upon
  • Driving studies end-to-end including:
    • Developing hypotheses
    • Creating analytic plans and executing on them
    • Developing surveys and interview guides using Qualtrics and other research platforms
    • Integrating research with employee behavioral data
  • Synthesizing analytics and research into clear and compelling  recommendations
  • Ensuring that business stakeholders have accountability to take actions based on associate insights
  • Operating in an agile environment
