Grow your career as a Director of Marketing within one of our clients 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you’ll be responsible for building strategic brand value through new brand development, global brand awareness campaigns, positioning, and differentiation. In this role you’ll also lead the development and execution of D2C integrated marketing campaigns and strategies designed to build brand awareness, increase sales, drive revenue, and meet the company’s established goals.

You will –  

  • ​​Ensure the D2C marketing team achieves the business objectives, goals and performance as defined by the company, adjusting the processes and procedures in place to meet the changing market and competitive conditions​
  • Lead the D2C marketing team in the development of new brands and concepts based on business needs, market trends and competitive innovation
  • Lead the development and execution of brand positioning and marketing campaigns and the presentation of campaign activities and results​
  • ​​Successfully launch and bring to market new properties in development to meet sales targets and revenue goals as established
  • ​​Commit to ​​employee development and growth through execution of HR strategic growth strategy including work force and compensation planning
  • ​​Research, identify and execute new innovative marketing strategies in line with established objectives and goals to stay ahead of industry trends
  • ​​Works closely with/manages external vendors and associated budgets to support business requirements and goals
  • ​​Responsible for identifying annual marketing strategies and team projects with cross-department implementation, project proposals and goals, as well as the creation of annual business plans and marketing budgets designed to meet established revenue goals​
  • Establish and enforce processes, tools and training to improve team and individual performance, workflows, collaboration, and industry knowledge
  • ​​Provide leadership on the brand positioning and messaging communicated internally and externally​

About you –

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • ​​15+ years marketing experience
  • ​5+ years direct people management
  • ​Proven experience successfully leading and launching integrated/omni-channel marketing campaigns across multiple markets
  • ​Proven understanding of key audience behaviors and effective marketing strategies
  • ​Proven ability to provide critical input on creative execution, content/messaging, and media plans to drive/support overarching goals
  • ​Proven leadership ability, motivational skills, and experience managing/mentoring at all levels
  • ​Financial acumen to manage department budget
  • ​Exhibit exceptional project and time management, critical/analytical thinking, and detail orientation skills
  • ​Use available qualitative and quantitative data to make strategic decisions
  • ​Manage multiple team projects, troubleshoot issues/constraints, and drive a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • ​Current on hospitality and marketing trends, innovations, and technological developments
  • ​Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • ​​Current Travel/Hotel/Hospitality industry experience a plus
  • ​Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • ​Spanish fluency a plus, but not required
  • ​Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • ​Culturally astute
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in project management software (Workfront)
  • Knowledge of CMS, ESP and associated platforms used to deliver/execute campaign initiatives
