Group Media Director – Digital Media Planning

OVERVIEW:

We are searching for a tenacious, experienced, passionate, current Group Media Director with top, leading agency experience. Our client has some of the best-in-class clients across category. The Team is established and tenured along with some rising stars. They clients are true Partners and looking for a Media Brain to truly consult with for multi-channel media planning. This is an exciting, newly created fast-lane search. Full relocation is company paid, highly competitive salaries and a place with a candidate at this level can go “hang your hat” with pride!

This is a position of senior leadership with most senior client and agency partners. THe GMD will take part in larger areas of agency development such setting agency policy and significant contributions to business growth This role will be active in the media community – sitting on panels and other public opportunities.

DAY-TO-DAYS:

The GMD will work with cutting edge of data technology focusing on the inner workings of digital advertising and technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be a fast and agile thinker who works hard to solve complex problems. We are seeking someone with the ability to prioritize and focus with a high level of attention to detail. We are looking for an information seeker who can mine “big data” to understand how experiences impact consumer behavior and what drives business results.

The GPD provides strategic leadership, understands all aspects of their client’s business and is deeply involved in the future offerings.

ABOUT YOU:

All candidates must exhibit passion and in-depthknowledge of the media industry, while being able to think like a marketer to identify the opportunity and solve for client business challenges. This position requires strong digital performance-media experiece, from display to emerging channels and buying platforms. Candidates must have a minimum 10 years experience in media and/or combined media and marketing, with
emphasis on digital media. The GMD must have a track record managing client relationships and large cross-function digital Teams.
